Shipping policy

Shipping in the United States is a flat $5. We ship using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order and all orders come with free tracking so you will know exactly when to expect your package. Shipping to Canada is done via First Class Package International and is $15.00 flat rate. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you are LOCAL to Neosho, Missouri, the option for In-Store pick up will be available at checkout.  Please watch for an email notification that your items are ready to be picked up.  If purchased during normal business hours, items should be ready same day.

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days of payment received.  Business days are Monday - Friday excluding Federal holidays.

Please Note: Once an order is placed changes cannot be guaranteed, please double check your order before purchasing.

Silo + Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a safe address to ensure proper delivery of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it's whereabouts.
